Spring Training


Looking for a great workout in the middle of your season?

These group training sessions with 3 goalies per pod are a great way to stay sharp without burning yourself out with reps and fatigue. Our coaches build each session with teaching and fundamentals in mind rather than high rep count and intensity.

These small group sessions allow for goalies to collaborate in their group by training together and having focused conversation about what each other is working on in their own reps. Grab a goalie buddy or 2 and get better TOGETHER!

NOTE: The Goalie Workshop has a 24 hour cancelation policy. We do not grant refunds to cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the training session.
